Users with the snc_external user role are not able to see the details of a tickets, the selfserve dashboard or add add information afterwards on the ticket like the snc_internal user would do

I have several users with the snc_external user role as they are external to our company. The problem is that when they create a ticket, they are not able to see any details such as the description, add information afterwards on the ticket or even access the self-serve dashboard to see all their tickets logged. I have tried assigning the snc_role to all the different tables, reports, etc but they are still not able to see. How can I give the similar access that our snc_internal users have but keep them as snc_external since they are using a completely different portal that snc_internal doesn't have access to?
