Uses Preference for Workspace

 Hi Team,

In ServiceNow native UI, when a user selects/deselects something (like list columns, filters, preferences, etc.), it often writes directly to the User Preferences table (sys_user_preference).

But if same action performed on HR Workspace level its not getting captured. Is this expected behavior?

@Ankur Bawiskar , I need to deselect few options in activity filter by default in workspace and if agent needs they can select it.

user can enable/disable the field they want to see/hide in that but it's not stored in any user preference table

So this is not possible
