Using ATF on a record producer.

I need a test step that will enable me to open a record producer.   Which, if any, of the existing test step options would enable me to do this.

Did anyone found out how to submit the Record producer in atf

There is both an 'Open Record Producer' and a 'Submit Record Producer' Test Step. The 'Open Record Producer' has to be placed before the 'Submit Record Producer' step.

Proposed solution:

To resolve the problem, change the value of the 'Hide on Service portal' field to 'False' for the record producer

I can share from my personal experience If this won't help please make sure that you configure the "Open Record Producer" Step choosing appropriate page from Service Portal where a Record Producer is located, try with choosing page: sc_cat_item ;
