Using Certificates on SOAP Message

Hi,

I'm setting up a SOAP Message to an external system and it requires ServiceNow to use a certificate to be able to access that given external system.

The guys from the external system has provided us a P12 type of Certificate and I'm not really familiar on how to set it up for the SOAP Message.

Does anyone of you had a similar experience in setting up such configuration for SOAP Message? If so, what are the steps in uploading the Certificate and having the SOAP Message use it?

If I am correct you are looking at using mutual authentication. The video below shows the simple steps to do it.
