Looking for some guidance.
What would be the proper way to format an LDAP connection via JavaScript within a ServiceNow workflow?
I am looking to use the Approval workflow to send a document to all active users within the company. The goal is to have the worflow track receipt of the document via the Approval process.
I have the approval workflow provisioned and added a step for the JavaScript to execute, but I am having trouble making the connection to AD.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
