Need to create a report of incidents that are assigned to Service desk to other IT teams trending weekly.
filter is like assignment group is SD and assign to is empty.
how to achieve this?

Do you have the metrics on assignment group on your instance? If that's the case, you can report on that (start = on SD, end = other group && not empty).

using the condition and the script , i need to capture all the records for the incident that are assigned from SD to other IT teams. Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi @Mounika30 ,
Why a script - you can just run a report based on the incident metric as shown below:
Value = when the metrics captures = assignment to Service Desk / Service support in below example
Assignment group = current assignment group.
