Using predictive intelligence, I want to populate some fields on front end incident form.

The requirement is when user open create incident form which is a record producer in backend then he should the value inside short description field then based on short description, the remaining fields (classification, item, type) should auto-populate relevant values.

Hi @psuresh  ,

You  have to configure classification application under  Predictive intelligence module  , where you can what should be output field example : Category , or any other field . you can give input field as "Short description " .

But you should have data/records in the instance at least 1000 records so that the results will be accurate.
