Using variables on the change_request table

Hey Friendly faces 🙂

Context:

I have record  producer for Change Request form, which we use to allow 3rd party users ( non-licensed) to submit their change request. On the form there are set of additional questions that they need to  respond to, based on specific Business/Application service (field on the table). Obviously this works fine and Variables are added to the form once record producer pass the values.

Question:

Where I am struggling, is to make this Variables available to licensed users accessing Change Request form (via Change Request>Create New), what I don't want to do is to create  hundreds of fields on the table and map them.

Any idea how can I display the variables based on the field selection on the backend form itself?

This is the UI macro associated to that formatter
