We currently have virtual agent in teams connected from our production environment.

 

Is it possible to have another virtual agent in teams coming from our development environment?

Hi @AdrianS ,

Yes, it is possible to have multiple Virtual Agents in Microsoft Teams coming from different ServiceNow instances 
However, there are a few important points to consider:

• Each ServiceNow instance must be integrated with Teams as a separate Teams app registration.
• You cannot use the same Teams app for both Prod and Dev – each instance needs its own Azure AD app and Bot registration.
• The Dev Virtual Agent should be published as a separate Teams app (usually with a different name like ServiceNow VA – Dev) to avoid confusion.
