I'm creating a custom topic in Virtual Agent and have duplicated the "Create Incident" topic block to reuse in my flow. However, I need to populate the Caller field in the incident form, and it's not working. I've tried passing the value using input variables in different formats, but the Caller field doesn't get populated regardless.
How can I correctly set the Caller field when using a reused "Create Incident" block in my custom topic?

You need to use Input Variable and under the input variable, select user. Please find the screenshot below.
