Value is not filled in lookup selectbox only for the first time

I have created one catalog item and there 3 filed Configuration item, Category,Subcategory so based on the Configuration Item Category and subcategory need to auto filled.

Subcategory Field

---------------------

Now the question is it is properly working in service portal i.e category and subcategory populating based in configuration item but in native UI only for the first time only  subcategory is not populating but value i am getting so what could be the reason that first time only the value is not populating.

And yes in portal there is no issue at all in native ui only for the first time only subcategory filed only is not populating but yes i am getting the value of both category and subcategory

Hi @sarojpatel 

There are many cases like this, like on native view reference column show glass but  portal it show drip down. So it is tough to say why it is not working in native. It can be by design or some other logic blocking it.
