After a user submits an request for an item from the portal , some fields are showing up blank when we pull up the RITM ticket .
We checked the variable ownership table and see the value there for the RITM ticket . Does anyone have any idea what can be causing this and how we can troubleshoot ?

Hello,
If the database has values for these variables for this specific record...but on load of it, you don't see values...then check UI Policies and Client Scripts, etc. to see if something is simply clearing the values within the client. They may not be saving it to the database that way, but in the client, they are being cleared.
