Vancouver Release BUG - Cannot add a New Data Source in UIBuilder for Scoped App

I am running Vancouver

I have a custom Scoped APp I am testing

I created a table in my scope

I am adding a lookup records data source

I do not see my table in the list and I cannot configure the data source

I have to reproduce. Though if you think this is a bug, do create a Support Case etc, to involve ServiceNow. Now you are just posting it on the Community site, and it won't reach ServiceNow.
