Hi All,
Tags visibility need to set manually by owner who created it on incident in Vancouver release.
But there was some question in earlier releases this behavior was not and it was visible by default.
And also verified if we create tags we have global field if this set to "True" same tag will be visible for all user's.
Can some please help me to know whether same behavior in earlier releases OR just in Vancouver.
