Variable added to variable set not showing in the catalog task form

Hello

We have added a new variable to the existing variable set. The new variable which has been added to the Variable set is not showing in the catalog task form. I have checked that the variable set is not added through flows.

Could anyone help how the variable can be made visible in the catalog task.

If this Catalog Item has a workflow (not flow designer flow) you need to add the variable to the Catalog Task activity by selecting it at the bottom of the activity.  Also, be sure when you test that you are submitting a new request - new variables won't appear on in-flight requests.

We are using flow designers for the catalog items, I have tried adding the variable to the flow designer as well and tested it by submitting new requests even then it is not showing in the catalog task form.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG 

I have added a new variable requested by to the existing variable set and modified the flow designer by adding the requested by  from the slush bucket even after that I'm unable to see the requested by variable in the Catalog task form.
