Variable choices is not being populated in RITM. The choice is coming as 'none' in RITM. Please help.

I am working on a catalog item. There are few conditions to display the variables depending on the choice. there are particularly two conditions I am working on for example: if a user selects Option A or Option B, certain variables  and variable sets should be displayed. My issue is If the user is selecting option A those variable choices are being displayed in RITM but if User is selecting OPTION B the variable choice is not being populated on one of the variables. 

I am not able to figure it out. I am using UI policy action to apply condition "if the user selects OPTION A or Option B". I checked the client scripts that could have done it, nothing there. Also these variables and variable sets have unique names. It is critical issue. Please help

Hi Angie,

Please check the UI Policies and UI Policy action for that specific variable. It could be because of a UI Policy Action clearing the variable value.

I Checked that, there is none. Could there be any other thing that I might be missing?
