Variable Conditions Type

Hi All,

 

In ServiceNow, as an OOTB feature we have "Variable Conditions" field type as shown below. and here the visible is false.

How can we make this to true ? We want to use this type for a field in one of our custom tables.

 

Did anyone used this before ?

 

Please assist.
