Variable Summarizer on service portal

Hi All,

 

I am facing some issues in Approvals OOB widget. There are some catalog variables whose visible on summaries value is true but I am not able to see them in the Approval details option section. There are 4 catalog variables in my catalog item whose Visible on Summaries value is True but I am able to see only 1 variable among those 4. 

 

Can someone help me on this?

Hi Pankaj,

 

Are you able to take a screenshot of the variables including where you set "visible on summaries" to true please? 

Also, can you confirm that you raised this test item AFTER you created/updated these variables?
