I am not able to find in the catalog variables section

Hi there,
The answer from @AshishKM is the correct one. Its literally Multi row variable set. If you are unfamiliar with this, just open google and type ServiceNow Multi row variable set, and a ton of info will popup (amongst it some of my articles). If searching for official ServiceNow documentation:

Check this multi-row variable under Variable Set tab, you will get the variable set name.
After that navigate to Variable Set and apply the filter on Title column with same value copy from catalog item variables set.
