variables are missing from RITM

when users are raising request, the variables are not being shown in RITM.

& this is why the flow designers are failing .. Can you please suggest

  • Open any RITM.

  • Right-click → Configure → Form Layout

  • Add Variable Editor formatter.

  • Save.

actually out of 10, only 2 request is facing this kind of issue

Hi @learnerJohns ,

Please add Variable Editor on the required form, also in Flow action please add variables that you needs to show.

you have added the wrong embedded list on your form

Every RITM form default view has Variable Editor on that view

Seems somebody removed it

Add that again and it should show variable editor with variables what user submitted during catalog submission
