So I have here a record producer in Service Portal - it becomes an Incident when submitted.

However, these variables are not showing on the Incident form.

Please help on how I can make it appear. Thanks.

I need to make it appear as a new section in details tab of the Incident form in SOW.

Hi @tinndizz

Please check if this variable already mapped to the incident field? Also, when you say form, is it native view or SOW?

This is in SOW. What do you mean if it's mapped? I want to the variables shown on the Incident form just like how it is in RITM. But OOTB Incident does not do that right.

Go to record producer and see the variable mapping.

If the variables are mapped to the incident table fields, then it will not show as separate, the value will be passed to respective field.

Hi @tinndizz

Have you tried to configure form builder? Just initiate a new section for the Variables, then add the Variable Editor Formatter to the section, like below.
