Variables to Incident form in SOW

So I have here a record producer in Service Portal - it becomes an Incident when submitted.

However, these variables are not showing on the Incident form. 

Please help on how I can make it appear. Thanks.

I need to make it appear as a new section in details tab of the Incident form in SOW.

Seems the formatter is not present in that view

Configure Form Layout for - Service Operations Workspace view and add the Incident Variable Editor on form layout

Formatter - should be present OOB
