Hi Everyone,

 

I am trying to add videos to the Employee center pro portal

 

Steps which I follow

1.Created one record in the Content Publishing

2.Added Video URL in the Content Link

3.Published the plan

4.But when I navigate to the ESC Portal I can't see the video

@Sid564 Please use the following steps to add video to the employee center.

1.Navigate to Portal content

2. Use the new button to add a portal content

3. Choose the content type as video

4. Once the form is saved, make sure to schedule the content from the related list.

@Sid564 OOTB EC Pro has option to show one video, I am yet to see multiple video option on it.

HI Sandeep

I added APp Launcher widget to the Portal but I can't see any applications in the ESC Pro Portal

 

Steps which I follow:

1.Navigate to ESC Portal

2.Added App launcher widget

3.Navigate to Web APplications and click on "Update Applications"

4.Ran the Scheduled job("Fetch Applications").

5.I can see lot of web applications in my Instance and all of them are true , But when I navigate to portal can't see any applications

Well, you can definitely attach locally stored video files or embed HTML references to video sources outside of ServiceNow, you might want to consider the security of the videos that you're embedding. We have a solution that you might be interested in to create, manage, store and deliver securely embedded video into the ServiceNow platform, not only through the EC portal, but into any HTML field that you might want to such as description for a catalogue item or a topic page.
