View and Replying to Emails within the Service Portal

Hello,
I have an issue where all of the communication being done needs to be logged on the Service Portal. I have an activity feed working properly and users can send out emails without any issue. Is it possible for users to view and reply to emails in the service portal? I know this functionality exists with cases in the workspace, but we only need the email component and want all of our users to stay in the service portal.

Unfortunately NO. There is no OOTB functionality exists on portal to View and Replying to Emails within the Service Portal.
