view desktop version on mobile

Is it possible to enable desktop version on mobile, for those users who want to toggle between the two?

This would be for Dublin Mobile UI

Dublin? I really hope you still not on Dublin release

Anyway, I think to get that to work properly, you need to download one of the free apps that does this. I tried trough chrome and choose the "request desktop version" in the settings, but that didn't work so good

Haha no we are on Istanbul but still using the classic Dublin mobile web UI

Apps...hadn't thought about that! I guess I'm going to have to play around with some of them

You can do this (not sure if it works back to Dublin)

https://YOURINSTANCE.service-now.com/navpage.do?sysparm_device=doctype

Change YOURINSTANCE to your instance name.

If that doesn't work, change doctype to none. I believe doctype was introduced in Eureka.

Thanks for your post! I tested and I did get to desktop version, but it didn't show the whole view of the form. It would cut off the long forms and I was unable to see the Submit button, but its good to know that users have this option.

If I do provide users with the URL they would have to bookmark because ServiceNow wouldn't be able to distinguish between mobile and desktop right?
