view desktop version on mobile

Hello,

Is it possible to enable desktop version on mobile, for those users who want to toggle between the two?

This would be for Dublin Mobile UI

You can do this (not sure if it works back to Dublin)

https://YOURINSTANCE.service-now.com/navpage.do?sysparm_device=doctype

Change YOURINSTANCE to your instance name.

If that doesn't work, change doctype to none. I believe doctype was introduced in Eureka.

Correct. They would have to bookmark it, not that we CANNOT distinguish, but quite the opposite. We know that you're coming from a mobile browser and default to the mobile UI.

Keep in mind that things like right-click won't work well on the mobile browser.

We actually did want to go with the mobile app, but our issue is with the login page. The way it is now shows no indication that it comes from our institution, but if there were a way to customize it would be great and I don't see a reason as to why we shouldn't use the mobile app
