View problem on the portal service

Hello,
We have a problem with our service catalogue and we don't understand why.
Each customer/user only has access to their own technology via the portal service.
However, recently (and overnight) we don't know why some people have a view of technologies other than their own.
And yet:
- The rights are OK.
- The users are in the right company.
- And on the catalogue items in the "available for" field, they are not present.
And they still manage to see...
Do you have any ideas ?
