I set up virtual agent API in order to have a third party chatbot communicate with my ServiceNow virtual agent. In my virtual agent flow I create an incident and one of the fields is supposed to be the connected user. In order to do that through the API I need user authentication, I use SSO so users don't have passwords.
Any suggestions on how to implant said authentication?
