Virtual Agent bot response card

For virtual agent I have duplicate the OOB topic that is 'check it ticket status, oob this topic give us the status using 'sc_req_item" table but we have requirement that 'sc_task' table field details should be displayed.

I tried to configure the script but its showing blank card. Please refer the image attached
