Virtual Agent - Change header

Is it possible to changed the Virtual Agent header title?

I made the change in the Branding Editor, but it didn't reflect on the portal.

Please refer: Set up your Virtual Agent bot's branding 

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
2. Under the Display Options section, select View All next to Branding.
3. Select New to create a branding configuration or select the branding configuration record to be updated.
