Virtual agent chats remains open even after the state is shown Closed Complete

Hello, 

 

We are facing an issue where the agent closes the interaction, the state of the interaction changes to closed complete but still the interaction remains open as the end user is able to send the messages on that chat.
what can be done?

Hi @shaa066 ,

Please add the below properties :

com.glide.cs.idle_chat_reminder_timeout and the com.glide.cs.idle_chat_cancel_timeout properties to the System Property [sys_properties] table to set the chat reminder message timeout and the idle chat cancel timeout values. Create both properties at the same time.

The issue is only for one user, for other its working fine

I checked we have both the system properties in our system
