Virtual Agent Contact Support Options (Call Support)

Hi,

I've searched the forums, and found quite a few questions related to the Virtual Agent, Contact Support options. But haven't seen the following questions asked/answered, forgive me if it has been!

Is it possible to either list multiple phone numbers for the "Call Support" option, or instead of having it launch a phone app like Skype, have it just redirect to a page with a list of phone numbers? I run a global service desk, and we have phone numbers for Europe, US, China, Australia etc. Having just one number is a bit restrictive!

Hi there,

Nice question. Though to be short...
Not possible (at least until Madrid not possible). We simply only have the System Properties to our availability to change the single value or clear it, which removes the option from visibility.

It might be a nice enhancement request. You could raise this.
