Virtual agent conversation does not stop

Hi,

 

I'm working on ServiceNow AI Agents, where I connected my AI Agent to the virtual agent in the virtual agent designer. Everything is working like the agent is creating a defect record. The issue I'm facing is after creating the record, the conversation do not end, I keep on getting the text like the agent is running or ai agent tool is running (please refer to the attached screenshot) until I manually end the conversation.

 

Please let me know where I'm going wrong

There are a lot of repeated thoughts and actions it seems. I have manually end it with the stop button in the conversation which is where the ongoing status entry ended.

The Execution plan still says it is in progress.
