I would like to know where can we keep track the consumption of Virtual agent Conversation transactions.
For example, under ITSM Pro : Virtual Agent transaction is 1000 per Fulfiller License. Defined as "Any Structured conversation between a chatbot and user on a pre-built or custom topic".
1)What I understand in this is after the conversation has ended from the inquiry of the fulfiller from the virtual agent or chat bot it consumes as count from the license. Or meaning that if the record "Conversation state" is completed in the "sys_cs_conversation" conversation table, it consumes 1 virtual agent conversation transaction.
(Please correct me if I'm wrong)
2)Is there a dashboard or records where we can check the number of consumed conversation transaction per fulfiller user?
