Virtual Agent Designer page is not loading properly

Hello Team,

When I tried to access the designer page to create a virtual agent, it wouldn't load properly, as indicated in the image below. Can somebody tell me why it's loading like this? It's been like this for the past two days, and it's still loading like this.

Thanks,

Hi there,

Haven't seen that before.

Have you tried performing cache.do?
Or repairing the Virtual Agent Designer plugin (com.snc.conversation_builder)?

Kind regards,
Mark

Thanks Gaurav. It was browser issue.

It happened to many people on my development teams a few months ago as a one-time thing.  Most of us "fixed" it by a control-f5  (force cache refresh of the page being viewed) but clearing your browser cache should fix it as well.  I realize it's been a few months now for you, but for anyone else stumbling onto this thread, you are certainly not alone in your experience.
