Virtual Agent error when using topic picker "Your test phrase triggered a different topic"

I have an issue with one of my Virtual Agent topics whereby when the topic is selected from the topic picker an error appears as below:
"Your test phrase triggered a different topic. Go back to the NLU Settings tab and make sure this phrase is tied to the correct intent."

Whereas if I try to access the topic by using NLU and typing "Speak to a Service Desk analyst" (the same as the title used in the topic picker) then it works without issue.

I have checked the NLU intents for this and other topics and I cannot find any other topics that have anything remotely similar. When I also use the 'Test model' functionality within the topic the phrase "Speak to a Service Desk analyst" only picks up this topic.

Can anyone help me make sense of the above error and what I need to change to get this working?

i still get that issue, i think its faulty but if you just hit show me everything, u shld be able to get some topics. and same here i just test it on the service portal for accuracy, since that is what the end users will be using and i do the same testing on test to make sure the responses are similiar

I have this issue too, and I have found if I go to the Service Portal Home and test the conversation from there, it works.
