I came across an insightful post by @Mark Roethof titled 'Virtual Agent feature bubble auto display after N seconds' from 2020, showcasing a creative custom solution.

 

Before delving into a custom approach, I'm interested in knowing if there's an OOTB option for having the chat bubble appear after a specified period of inactivity in ServiceNow.

Specifically, we are looking to initiate the chat bubble after N seconds of user inactivity, prompting a helpful inquiry.

 

Additionally, does anyone have information on whether ServiceNow is planning to integrate this specific feature into future releases? It seems like a valuable enhancement that could greatly benefit user engagement.

OOTB making it delay, there is not such OOTB config to do so... You need to customize it .
