Virtual Agent: how to change the switch color for enable/disable audio notification

I try to change the color (green) of the switch, But I could not find it anywhere on the list. Can somebody please help? TIA

Hello @ThuD ,
You can easily configure this setting.
Procedure: -
- Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
You can follow these steps and design the virtual agent branding as you want.

I have done this for other field format. However, the default doesnt include disable audio notifications.

Did you tried , changing the Service Portal > Themes.
Locate the CSS Variables section.
$sp-agent-chat-bg: #50de37; and Save it
