HI All,

i have one question related to, from servicenow to Azure AD Integration.

How to Disable the AD Account automatically from ServiceNow, present i am using itsm pro license.

Our company doesn't have a budget to take spokes, so can you please explain or any document provide to how to do integration using rest api

so you want to integrate with Azure AD without spoke and want to build custom integration for this?

I will recommend to use paid spoke as it's easier to maintain and configure etc but if you don't want that then

you can use Microsoft Graph API

If I’m not mistaken, since you are using ITSM Pro, you should get all of this as part of the package. I don’t think we can take out any specific spoke from Pro. I would suggest speaking to your ServiceNow account manager to get their help.

I believe we don't get Microsoft Entra ID Spoke along with ITSM Pro

It requires Integration Hub subscription
