virtual agent icon and header changed

Is it possible to update or changed the Virtual agent profile or icon and also the header title if yes how can I change it

Hi there,

Please navigate to:
Conversational Interfaces > Home

Under Settings, you can configure a ton of things. Amongst others under General the Branding settings. Choose the branding record which is active or create your own one. The branding record where you can change the Chat Header Logo. Also the Bot Profile is mentioned there, which contains the tiny picture/icon in front of messages.
