Hello @Arun_Manoj
- You can embed virtual agent in the portal footer.
Script to embed Virtual agent:
<widget id="sn-va-sp-widget"></widget>
Here sn-va-sp-widget is the virtual agent widget id.
Screenshot of HTML footer to show how we can display virtual agent.
Hope this helps!

Hello @Arun_Manoj
Steps to Apply Custom Branding to Your Virtual Agent Chatbot:
- Navigate to All > Service Portal > Agent Chat in your ServiceNow instance.
- Create a new record and fill in the details as shown in the screenshot.
Note: Here branding_id is the id of already created branding.
This process will apply the specific branding to the chatbot for the selected portal.
For more information, refer to the ServiceNow documentation: Set up your Virtual Agent bot's branding
Hope this helps!
