Hi All,

I am working on a project where I have to implement now assist, AI agents and virtual agent.

So can you please help me out that from where should I learn about virtual agent from scratch to end..

Two options:

  1. Take the University course.

  2. Go to Now Create — navigate to Asset > Virtual Agent, and download the process deck.
