virtual Agent, need to remove message from chat

Hi all,

 

I am facing one issue in VA, On opening chat window Other than greeting message, Service degradation message is coming. It was not coming earlier. After cloning this message is appearing.
Can anyone help to remove this message from chatbot

Yes this is OOB and we didn't upgrade recently
