Hi,
On Slack Virtual Agent, if the user says 'Hi or Hello' it brings the greeting message with number of open items.
If suppose, the user types their question directly without any 'Hi' message. Say for example, 'How do I reset my password?'
The bot brings greeting message but not the associated knowledge article.
What I need is, if the user types any direct questions except 'Hi, Hello, Good Morning, etc.' It should show the greeting message and the knowledge articles if it has any.
