I need that the Support Options (three dots as attached in the image below) should not be available on the Virtual Agent of Employee Center portal and users should not able to get to the Contact Support window. Please suggest me the steps to do so.

Hi @curr_user
You are not able to remove this component entirely; however you can modify the content displayed in the menu by navigating to Collaboration > Branding and Chat Menu > Related Lists >

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
I looked through these articles. Following it I was able to remove the call and email options which appear after clicking on the support options. But my requirement is to remove the support options itself (i.e, the three dots visible on the screen).
