Virtual agent survey trigger

Hello There!

A very short question.

I am observing that survey at the end of VA's conversation is being sent somehow randomly.

However this survey has nothing to do with the survey module of serivcenow.

There is a dedicated, heavily scripted topic to be used for surveys.

I have no clue how to find a place which tells about this survey trioggering and participants selection.

Can anyone help, please?

I just started 10+ topics on my PDI, and indeed... not always the Survey is presented. I did also add gs.info statements to the topic, and when the survey is not presented, also no logging is written.

This does look like it's core Virtual Agent which we cannot access. Maybe @Nabil Asbi knows more about this? About the out-of-the-box Survey topic being presented random?

Kind regards,
Mark

HI,

The VA survey topic is referencing the 'com.glide.cs.survey.probability' system property to decide whether or not the post-chat survey should be displayed. Out of the box, this value is 0.33 which means it shows only 1/3 of the time.

You can change that value to 1.0 and the survey will be displayed after every VA conversation.

Thank you,

Ah nice one!

Kind regards,
