Virtual Agent Topic Block

When i am making a topic and duplicating a "Create Incident" topic block and using it in my topic. I have a caller field in incident form which i want to populate. How would i do that. It is not picking up my caller in any format no matter i use input variables or anything.

You need to use Input Variable and under the input variable, select user. Please find the screenshot below.

Hi @nityabans27,

Select "Input Variable", and then you'll see the option "User" after choosing the input variable.
