Virtual agent topic Keywords not working

Hi Team
Can someone let me know what could be the reason why some of the keywords are not responding ??
when I am searching with a few of the Keywords in chat it's not showing the topic. For example, there is a keyword 'issue' for the 'open IT Ticket' topic but when I search with this keyword in the chatbot it says 'Sorry, we couldn't find any matching topics'
Help me to fix it, please.

Do you have NLU enabled and attached to your topic?

If NLU is enabled then keywords does not work, you need to check in your VA topics if it has NLU enabled.

hi Kuma,
try publishing the topic in which you added the keyword. I found that just "Save" and keeping the topic is not working. Once publish button is clicked on the topic, newly added keywords are recognized by VA.
