Virtual agent topic Keywords not working

Hi Team 

Can someone let me know what could be the reason why some of the keywords are not responding ??

when I am searching with a few of the Keywords in chat it's not showing the topic. For example, there is a keyword 'issue' for the 'open IT Ticket' topic but when I search with this keyword in the chatbot it says 'Sorry, we couldn't find any matching topics'

Help me to fix it, please.

have you solved the issue,

I am facing the same but Virtual agent topic's keywords are working properly on lower instances but not on Prod that is the issue.

please let me know if you have anything for me to proceed further with solution.

"issue" is a Stop word. You may find it in ts_stop table. You may want to make it false and reindex the sys_cs_topic table to make the keyword searcheable.
