Virtual Agent - Where is this message coming from

Hi

I'm learning Virtual Agent, but it's already been set up and I've been given changes to make.

The trouble is I have no idea what topic's are running.

Is there an easy way to do this?

For example - I need to tweak the text highlighted. I have checked messages and also system properties and cannot find the text anywhere.
Also, is there a way I can find out what topic is generating the question below?

Would be grateful for any assistance.

Hi Brookie, 

Navigate to sys_cb_design_topic.LIST

Search on the Design definition column by using anyone of the keyword contains "Sorry I didn't". Attached a screenshot for your reference.
